These are numbers we stand behind — not best-case marketing. The tightest bands hold within our cutting sweet spot; as material approaches our thickness limit, achievable tolerance opens up, and we'll tell you exactly what to expect for your part before you commit.

We don't sample the pile. We sample the cut.
Most shops inspect a random handful after the job is done. We sample in sequence, during the live cut, at intervals set by ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 — because on a laser, parts don't go bad at random. They drift, gradually, as consumables wear. So we watch the run in the order it's cut.
Why this beats a random sample. A statistical sample assumes defects are scattered by chance. Laser drift isn't — consumable wear moves the dimension in one direction, steadily. So the moment a sampled part falls out of tolerance, we stop the cut and back-sample every part to the last one we know was good. That bounds the problem to a known, traceable window and catches the entire affected run — not just the fraction a random pull might have happened to grab. You get containment, not probability.

Dimensional results are captured on a Keyence Image Dimension Measurement System — laser-imaged, high-repeatability measurement that produces the same numbers regardless of who's running it. When your drawing carries GD&T, we measure and report to it.

Whole-part capture reads dozens of features at once — including in-plane features like bolt-circle diameter, hole true position, angular spacing, and profile radii — into a documented result that holds up to your review and to third-party audit.

For programs that require it, we produce complete Production Part Approval Process submissions — process flow, control plans, dimensional results, material records, and master samples, formatted to your part-numbering scheme. We can do it, and we have. If your program runs on PPAP, we're ready for it.
