A laser cutting and fabrication shop in the heart of Texas
Texas Laser Services cuts and fabricates steel in Santa Anna, Texas, for one-off jobs and production runs alike.
We work from your drawing. We nest your parts, cut them on our fiber laser, and check them against your print. When a part needs more than cutting, we bend, weld, thread, and powder coat it in the same shop, so there's no hand-off between suppliers.
Our quality system is certified to ISO 9001:2015. Every order runs through the same documented steps, and we publish our on-time, first-pass yield, and uptime figures on our quality page.
In the shop
- 6 kW fiber laser for carbon steel to 1", stainless to 3/4", aluminum to 5/8", brass to 9/16", and copper to 1/4"
- Press brake for brackets, angles, and formed parts
- Certified welders for MIG and flux-core welding of carbon steel assemblies
- Rod threaders for rod up to 2", right- and left-hand
- Powder coating in house, and hot-dip galvanizing through our galvanizer
- Keyence image dimension measurement system, with calibrated gauges to check parts against the print
